When I fist saw Missouri Star Quilt Company's Silly Goose tutorial, I had to make it right away! I grabbed my pink fabric scraps and some gray background fabric and got to cutting. And sewing. And quilting. And binding.

I quilted very simple loops using WonderFil Tutti Hibiscus, a 50-weight cotton variegated thread:
Yummy!
This was an impulse quilt, but one I started and finished in just a few days and it never had a chance to become a UFO. What a fun impulse it was!

My daughter needed a baby girl quilt for a friend, so I wrapped it up for her. With a pink bow, naturally:
