I cut the extra fabric into:
- fat quarters
- fat eighths (for Cutie Quilts!)
- 5-inch squares
- 2 1/2-inch strips
- 1 1/2-inch strips
- binding
These are all now in their proper bins to be used in future scrap quilts and my cutting table is once again clean!
Do you keep your cutting table clean? Or do you use it to store in-process quilts?

I sew on the kitchen table, so I have to try and keep it cleaned, it's hard when I'm in the middle of a project and need to stop for the day.
